Delegates will receive a comprehensive set of program materials prepared by the facilitator. These materials are intended to provide the participants with an excellent reference source after the program.

Yes, you may register onto workshops on site and our registration personnel will be happy to help you.
Workshop participants will receive a comprehensive set of materials prepared by the facilitator. If you have paid and are unable to attend, the conference materials will be shipped to you upon request only.
This varies for each training program. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.
If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our workshop more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.
Substitution of participants is permissible without prior notification. If you are unable to find a substitute, please notify us in writing no later than 10 days prior to the training start date and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount paid. If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid less a 25% service charge. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 days prior to the conference date. CMTI reserves the right to cancel any program it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of any registration fee. No liability is assumed by CMTI for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue.
